This is a bunny-chan drawstring bag. The design is different on both sides, so you can use either side as the front (Images 1 & 4). When you pull the string, the pouch takes the shape of a flower. To make it easier to see, the flower pouch is tilted forward in the close-up (Image 1), Image 2 shows the pouch normally closed, and Image 3 shows it from above.
