This is an indigo-dyed patchwork cloth (poshagi). It is entirely hand-sewn. It can be used both vertically and horizontally, and on either side. It has various uses, such as a room divider, a sofa cover, a curtain for windows or shelves, covering items you want to protect from dust, or as interior decoration. It was made from new bleached cotton, then dyed with uneven coloring, hand-washed, and ironed. It is dyed with ECO dyes from Miyako Dye, which do not contain harmful chemical substances. These dyes are gentle on people and the environment. This is a handmade item created as a hobby, so it is not perfect like a mass-produced product.
