As the range of foods they can eat increases, it can be difficult to decide what to make and how to ensure they get a balanced intake of nutrients. This book was very helpful in those situations! In particular, freezing food is incredibly convenient! When your child won't stop crying but it's mealtime, or when you're short on time, you can just microwave it and it'll be okay! I feel like this book gave me that peace of mind. I was so grateful for it at the time. ・Sukusuku Yoji Shoku (Growing Toddler Meals): There's a slight crease on the cover, but it's generally in good condition. ・Freezing de Rinyu Shoku (Baby Food by Freezing): The cover has many creases, and the inside cover also has creases, but the contents are clean. ・Kihon no Rinyu Shoku Kamikami-ki (Basic Baby Food Chewing Stage): There are creases on the cover, and a small tear on the top corner of the book.
