I bought these for my mother, but they don't seem to be to her liking. They might be recommended for those with high insteps or wide feet, or those who wear thick socks. The front is sleek, so they should be fine for work if you wear pants. The soles of the shoes are rough, so they are not slippery. The insoles can also be removed. I bought them in July of this year. I only tried them on, and haven't worn them outside. Please understand that they have been stored at home.
