I bought this last year in Hongdae, South Korea. It's made of a thin fabric that feels soft like linen. It has been stored at home since I bought it without wearing it. As you can see in the third and fourth photos, there are buttons on the arms, so you can fasten the sleeves with the buttons to wear them as 3/4 sleeves.
