This is a digital thermostat. It can also turn lights on and off. I've sold similar products in the past, but this one has a few scratches, so I've lowered the price. The operation is, of course, not a problem. I discarded the suction cups because I didn't use them, but I'll include stronger ones (see photo). There are no instructions or box, but I've included a description of the switches in the photo section. You should be able to find them by searching online. I find the illuminated digital type, like this product, easier to see than the LCD type, so I bought several new ones about seven years ago and used them. However, since I controlled the room temperature with air conditioning, they were hardly used. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the condition. Thank you for looking.
