This is a free-size flare skirt. The back is elastic, so it should fit a wide range of sizes. Skirt length: 62cm 100% polyester I've only worn it 2 or 3 times, and there are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to items that have been stored at home.
