I purchased this authentic item new and wore it for about two seasons. I'm selling it because it no longer fits. The size is 100. It's a slightly light navy blue color. (The example in photo 4 is too dark.) The design features the Joban Line, Chuo Line, and Yamanote Line train routes and trains.
