The size is 5ans, suitable for children around 5 years old. It's close to a Japanese size 110. I'm the second owner, but I haven't worn it. It's chic and seems easy to match with any outfit, so I was thinking of using it for school, but my daughter only wears other clothes and outgrew it without being able to use it.
