This is a replica of the yo-yo used by Rika Ishikawa, who played the student detective Saki Asamiya (Code Name: Sukeban Deka). The blade is made of white metal and is slightly oxidized, but it should clean up nicely with polishing. The blade is not removable. The plate has some paint chipping.
