I purchased this item approximately 20 years ago and have stored it in a dark place. It is unopened, so I cannot confirm the details, but from what I can see from the outside, there appear to be no noticeable scratches or stains. The box is generally in good condition, but there are some scuffs and dents due to warping. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as this is a long-term storage item.
