This is the base for a Lansky sharpener that I bought in the US about 30 years ago. One is for use on a desk, and the other is for clamping to a tabletop. The clamp has some rust on the screw (I've applied anti-rust oil with a brush). I haven't used the Lansky sharpener in quite a while, but I think it can still be used if the shape of the base's tip matches. It will be sent via Nekopos, which is a postal service.
