Thank you for viewing. This is a supporter that fixes the wrist to the thumb. After giving birth, I developed tenosynovitis from holding my baby, and I used this to immobilize my wrist while raising my child. There are two blades. With the mesh one, you can bend your thumb a little (see photo 4). The other plate provides considerable fixation, making it difficult to bend (see photo 5). I used the plate one. My tenosynovitis was quite painful, so I thought it was best to avoid moving it as much as possible(^^; I couldn't easily go to the doctor after giving birth, so this supporter was a great help. I bought it new about 4 years ago and have washed and stored it.
