It's a brand called "double zero," and the catalog described it as a 50s-60s vintage Aloha shirt made in Miami. I used to have the catalog, but I couldn't find it when I was listing this item, so I probably threw it away. I remember the price at the time was around 20,000 to 25,000 yen. The buttons are shell (mother-of-pearl), and I believe the fabric is rayon. Both hems have slits.
