It takes 28 minutes for 1 cup and 30 minutes for 2 cups to cook (excluding soaking time). ■ Condition I have never used it, but upon inspection, there are small, inconspicuous scratches (3 places) from storage, as shown in the images. The inside is in perfect condition. This listing does not include a measuring cup. The toaster oven itself is not included.
