Made in 1986. This is a set of 20 pencils featuring Sanrio's "The Runabouts" characters, with the same design and color. They are no longer in production and are likely difficult to find in stores. These are individual pencils, not a set. They were stored in a clear case with other pencils. Due to poor storage conditions, there are signs of discoloration, stains, and uneven coloring.
