This item is from several years ago, but I believe I only wore it once for an event, and it's been stored away ever since, which feels like a waste. There are no tears in the tulle or lace, and it's in very good condition. It's a free size. I usually wear a size 36, and it fits perfectly. Because it's made of a very soft cut-and-sew material, I think it would fit both size 36 and 38.
