It's in beautiful condition, as I've only worn it once or twice. There may be some minor wear from washing, but I think it's in a clean state. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. The name tag has been cut off. The waist and hem are elastic. The waist also has a drawstring, so it can be adjusted.
