This skirt is knee-length. I received it as a gift and wore it once for an entrance ceremony, but I have no other opportunities to wear it, so I'm selling it. Measured flat: Waist is about 35 cm. Length is about 58 cm to the end of the frills. It has multiple layers of frills and is lovely. The material is very light. Thank you.
