I selected size 80, but it's not indicated on the tag. I think it can be used from when the baby is born until they are about 1 or 2 years old (this is just a reference). As shown in the 5th photo, there are strings, so you can put it over a baby carrier and tie it. Also, as shown in the 4th photo, there are snap buttons on the hands.
