This is a ZARA ruffled skirt, purchased at a store. The third photo shows the color closest to the actual item. It looks like a skirt all the way around, but it has built-in shorts, making it easy to wear. I usually wear a Japanese size M, and have a standard height and weight, but this item is a size XS and fits perfectly. I'm selling it because I haven't had a chance to wear it. It's only been tried on, and still has the tags attached.
