I received this item here about three years ago as new, and although I cut the tag off, I only tried it on and have kept it stored at home. It's in very good condition. It comes with a drawstring bag, which is convenient for carrying. The neck has wire in it, so you can open and close it, which I thought was convenient for checking on the baby.
