In the 5th, 6th, and 20th photos, the area indicated by the finger is the handle, which should extend further upwards. However, due to the malfunction, it will not go up any further than the state shown in the photos. Also, even if it could be extended, there would likely be some other issue. I believe I tried to fix it myself before, and after fiddling with it, it ended up in its current state (fully retracted), and the handle no longer extends. Also, I have lost the key for the padlock, so it is not included. Therefore, this item is being sold as junk. However, it is very clean and appears to be made of durable fabric. Although the handle doesn't extend, it still seems useful in its current state. There are almost no noticeable scratches or stains on the fabric of the bag. If it weren't for the handle malfunction, I think it would be a very good carry cart. Recommended for those who want to use it even with the handle not extending, or for those who are confident in their ability to repair it.
