It doesn't have the flashy look of outfits worn by celebrities, but it has a shimmering effect, perhaps due to a shiny thread woven into the fabric, or maybe it has a glittery appearance. The cuffs can be turned up, and it comes with a corsage. I think it would be suitable for celebrations like entrance ceremonies. It's size 9, which I've labeled as M. The skirt measures approximately 33cm across the waist (laid flat) and about 60cm in length. I believe it's in good condition, but please forgive me if I've missed anything. It is a used item.
