Purchased in December 2021. Comes with a Headway hard case. However, there is a gap in the case for an OM guitar, so you will need to use cushioning material to prevent movement. There are small scratches around the soundhole, and I've been playing it quite a bit in the last month, so some people may feel it has been used, which is why I've set the price lower. There are also scratches on the headstock. The surface has a thin lacquer finish, which allows the sound of the wood to come through very naturally. My personal impression is that the body size is easy to handle and maneuver. The volume is that of a folk size, and the back and sides are rosewood, which allows the sound to project quickly when the strings are plucked, allowing you to produce a good volume even with fingerpicking.
