Added 5/13 I tried attaching the bag. It seems like it's meant to be wrapped around the seat or cowl. It may depend on the motorcycle, but I was able to attach it without any problems. Regarding the area where the belt is cut, it's at the rear of the bag (Image 18). Since the front buckle is intact, I think it will be less likely to move if you secure the front firmly. If there's no place to secure it at the front, you can extend it using an extension band (Image 19). This isn't universal for all motorcycles, so please attach it at your own risk. Additional Note: I'll include a Harley-Davidson key case as a bonus (Images 14-16). This is a side bag for motorcycles from DEGNER. There's a general feeling of use. One of the buckles on the bottom of one of the bags is broken and missing (Image 7). It can still be used, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Also, I've uploaded images of the damaged areas that I was concerned about in Images 8-12. The bag can be expanded just by opening the side zipper. The accessories are those in Image 1, and I'll include a net from Image 13 as a bonus. The net is about 600 x 400mm in size. It shows signs of use, but it's an item that can be useful in an emergency. Since this is a used item, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
