This is a New Era New York Yankees cap. Size 7 3/8 (58.7cm). The color scheme, with a yellow brim, yellow eyelets, a white top button, and the team name embroidered in white with the hometown (though Hanshin is a company name) embroidered in yellow, is exactly the same as the Hanshin Tigers cap adopted from 1974 to 1983. I believe this cap is modeled after that.
