I believe this is an older piece, likely Kinsha (crepe silk). The fabric feels sturdier and easier to handle than Kinsha. It's a slightly darker pink than in the photos and is very beautiful. The white fabric of the collar is a little dirty, but the kimono itself appears to be clean. I think it would be useful for making Hina dolls (Japanese dolls displayed during the Doll Festival) or small crafts.
