I passed the exam and no longer need these materials, so I'm offering them to those considering taking it. Please be aware that the textbook is from the previous edition, and the reference books are based on that edition as well. (It's not that old, so I don't think there are any major changes...) The covers are a little dirty, but the inside has been used without any writing or stains.
