I am 155cm tall, and the hem reaches about the heel (just touching or almost touching the ground) when barefoot. Even with the hem, I personally think it still looks cute and a bit baggy on someone of a similar height! I had the hem altered because I was concerned about dragging the hem. Other than that, it's in very good condition and I think the condition is good.
