I purchased this from a shop called COLONY 2139 about three years ago. I liked it for a while and wore it often, so it shows some signs of wear. The main material is a sturdy fabric, and the skirt part has cute pleats on the sides. The length can be adjusted with the shoulder straps. It fastens with a zipper in the back, but the shirring makes it easy to stretch. (The zipper doesn't quite close all the way at the top.) Size: Free Color: Black
