I haven't used them as straps; I've only displayed them. As you can see in the images, there are several areas where the color has faded (uneven paint?). It's unclear whether this was originally the case or due to aging. The string has a bend in it. Since a considerable number of years have passed, there may be other minor deterioration or stains. These are used items that have been stored at home for a long time, so please refrain from purchasing if you are at all concerned.
