Neither the inside nor outside zippers close completely (see images 6 and 13). There are scratches and stains. Please understand that this is a used item. Before listing, I cleaned off any removable dirt and applied care cream. You can use it right away. No case included (everything in the photos is included). I will pack it as compactly as possible and ship it in simple packaging. This is an authentic, genuine product purchased from a used brand shop (see my profile).
