It's much cuter when you put it on than it looks. The skirt has a lot of volume, so it's fluffy, and even if it gets a little short when they're around 85cm tall, it's still cute paired with bloomers and tights. It works for formal occasions, as well as a more modern or chic look. It goes well with blouses, thin sweaters, and even t-shirts.
