The left earbud (L), which is frequently mentioned on review sites, has stopped responding. Sennheiser stated that products purchased from Amazon Outlet are not covered by support, so I am disposing of it. I tried disassembling it on a whim, but it didn't change anything. The LED still functions after disassembly. There are some damaged parts, such as broken tabs inside the main unit, from the disassembly. I will sell it to someone who wants to use it for parts. Cleaned with ethanol. Everything in the photos is included. As mentioned above, this product has no warranty. Please consider this if you are okay with that.
