The belt fabric is Hikihaku, exuding a graceful luster. This foil thread uses pearl powder, made by scraping the surface of pearls. Genuine gold leaf is laid on Japanese paper, and crushed pearl powder is layered on top, sprinkled and applied. The pearl layer is then polished to reveal the genuine gold leaf beneath. The design is woven with a soft roundness on a refined luster. The realistic weaving technique, along with the elegance and sophistication it produces, is truly worthy of the renowned Asayama Orimono. This item will be delivered after being sewn with a cotton core (Kanto style). It will take about 35 days.
