This is seersucker fabric. It repels a little rain, so it was useful when it wasn't quite necessary to put on a raincoat ^_^ It has a mesh lining. The hood can be stowed away. It shows signs of wear, but there are no noticeable stains. There are marks where the name was erased on the tag. It's thin and light, so it seems comfortable to wear, and it was really helpful for my child's temperature regulation!
