There are some scratches, but it can be used without any problems. Two types of screw adapters were included, but I can't find them, so I will include screws I have on hand. I didn't have a 1/4 to 3/8 screw adapter, so I'm including two 1/4 to 1/4 screw adapters. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. Photos 7-10 are for illustration purposes.
