This is the popular E5 eyevan (E5 Eyevan) model "M5 ST/ST". I purchased it at the authorized dealer "POKER FACE" in Sapporo. This model is attractive for its light weight, comfortable fit, and precise construction. It currently has prescription lenses installed, so please have the lenses replaced before use. I used it for everyday wear, so there is some wear and tear on the nose pads and frame, but overall it is still in good condition. I will also include the original case.
