This is a Tokyo blouse from the Showa era. It's in very clean condition, having been worn only once or twice. The lace on the front, the voluminous puff sleeves, and the hexagonal buttons give it a retro feel and make it very cute! The fabric has a nice sheen and is sturdy, so I think it can be worn to formal occasions. It's labeled as size M, but it's a generous fit, so I'm listing it as free size.
