This item is made from a disassembled and washed vintage silk kimono. It's easy to tie without the need to fold an obiage (decorative sash), and its short length allows it to fit neatly on the obi (sash). It comes with a rubber band to secure the obiage. A space is provided in the center to insert an obimakura (obi pillow). It can also be used for hanhaba obi (half-width obi) or Ginza musubi (a type of obi knot) even without an obimakura.
