This is a rarely circulated set. It's an old LEGO set, the Tow Truck from the Town series, released in 1970. Since it's from the 70s, I believe it can be classified as Showa retro or a classic item. It uses a rather rare part, the red tow hook. Other rare parts include the old-style lights and two types of old tires. There are no missing parts. Given that it's a set from over 50 years ago, there is some wear and tear commensurate with its age. A color copy of the instructions will be included. I am offering it at a reduced price due to the condition of the parts and the non-original instructions. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
