※This is a junk item, please be aware!! My child used this for about 2 years. It can no longer be charged due to a faulty charging port. (As shown in images 12 and 13, the screen turns on for a moment, so I don't think the LCD is broken) Even when charging, the lightning bolt icon doesn't appear next to the battery icon, so I think the charging port is the problem. While playing a game, an error code suddenly appeared, and the screen went blank. The data has not been erased, and it is being sold as is, as a defective item.
