This is a set of vintage Licca-chan dress-up clothes. These are the clothes that the reproduction of the 2nd generation Licca-chan doll wore. More like nightwear, this is a set of a lace gown and a nightcap. It is a Takara genuine product, but there is no tag. Photos 5 and 6 are reference photos, borrowed from elsewhere.
