A plate from the French brand Au Bain Marie. It features a rustic design reflecting French hunting culture. This is a rare plate, with very little distribution in Japan. The owl is hand-painted. It has sharp eyes, yet is painted with delicate coloring that gives it warmth. It would be lovely to use as a bread plate for rolls, or as a plate for sweets like baked goods or chocolates. It would also be great as an interior decoration, such as an accessory tray. I purchased it from a shop that handles French tableware, but I have never used it and have kept it carefully stored. It is a brand new, unused, glossy plate with no scratches or chips. * There is some dirt on the foot of the plate from the time of purchase (Image 15). * Crazing can be seen on the back (Image 16). * Please understand that this item has been stored at home.
