This is the Nagoya branch of Shinshoji Temple (Narita City, Chiba Prefecture), the head temple of the Chisan school of Shingon Buddhism, and its principal image is Fudo Myoo. The main hall was built in October 1953, and the consecration ceremony was grandly held on November 3rd of the same year, marking the founding of Daiseiji Temple, the Nagoya branch of Naritayama (commonly known as Inuyama Naritayama). Since then, with the immense support of believers from all directions, the solemnity of the various halls and temple buildings has been enhanced, and it has now become the center of Fudo Myoo faith in the Chubu region.
