This is a skirt by Miyaco. It's a glossy, dark gray color. The fabric has a crisp feel. The hem lining is purple, which is very stylish. The waist is meant to be worn at the hips. Measurements when laid flat are: 38 cm for the waist, and 77 cm for the length. Both are approximate. The size is listed as L. I bought it a while ago, and I think I only wore it once, if that.
