This is a komon (small pattern) kimono made of synthetic fibers. It has a bat-wing collar and is a single-layer garment (hitoe). It's a komon with a blurred blue and black striped pattern. Being a single-layer garment, it can be worn in early summer and early autumn. This is a semi-antique kimono, and it seems to have been used as a men's garment, with the sleeves and sleeve openings sewn. The sewn areas have been unpicked, but the sleeves have been shortened, so I haven't unpicked the stitching as the shape is still there. The overall condition is good, with no noticeable stains.
