This is a Bullseye ligature. It's a Rouge EX for alto saxophone Selmer rubber mouthpieces. It's a reverse-style ligature made entirely of silver, and the Swarovski crystal on the screw is crystal-colored. There is some discoloration and tarnish typical of silver, but it's in good condition.
