This is a knee-length dress from Jill by JILLSTUART. The high waist ribbon placement made my legs look longer. It was very cute and I used it a lot in spring and summer. There is a stain on the button, although it is hidden by the ribbon. I have checked for other issues, but this is a personal inspection, so there may be oversights.
